DMS
DMS is a dental management system designed around real clinic operations and role-based internal workflows.

About the System
The application provides tailored operational views for administrators, reception staff, doctors, and finance responsibilities.
Its purpose is to bring patient, appointment, treatment, billing, staff, reporting, and clinic activity into one structured workspace.
Clinic workflows,
organized by responsibility
Each role sees the information and actions relevant to the work they perform, reducing operational friction across front desk, clinical, administrative, and finance tasks.

Operational Interface
The interface combines role-based dashboards, patient records, appointment scheduling, treatment data, billing, reports, staff management, and notifications.
Clear navigation and task-focused dashboards make a complex clinic system easier to scan and operate.
Core Workflows
Admin workflows cover clinic oversight and staff. Reception handles patients, appointments, check-ins, and payment-related tasks. Doctors access schedules, patient histories, treatments, and clinical notes.
The product also explores invoice status, payment methods, activity notifications, and operational reporting.
Technical Foundation
The verified repository uses React, TypeScript, Vite, React Router, Supabase, PostgreSQL, Supabase Auth, realtime listeners, Lucide icons, and Recharts.

Current State
DMS is an operational product prototype with a documented database model, role matrix, and application flows. No clinic revenue or client-result claims are included.
Software for day-to-day clinic work
The project demonstrates Kirubel’s ability to translate real operational responsibilities into a structured management product.
